What Happens After You Sign With 216digital

Welcome to 216digital. We're glad you're here, and we want to make this as smooth as possible from day one. Now that you've signed, here's what to expect:

Step 1: Schedule your kickoff call
Use [this Calendly link] to schedule your kickoff call, a short conversation where we walk through your project, answer your questions, and collect a few things we'll need to get started.


Step 2: We'll ask for some basic information
Before or during the kickoff call, we'll need:

- Access to your website (front-end URL and, if applicable, admin/CMS access)
- Your primary point of contact for this project
- Any known accessibility issues or previous audit reports, if you have them
- Hosting and platform details if you know them. Don't worry if you don't, we'll work with you to find what we need.


Step 3: We get to work
Once we have what we need, your project moves into active work. We will let you know when we are done and ready to review. If you don't hear from us during that time, don't worry. We'll only reach out if we have questions or run into a blocker.


A note on timelines
We generally aim to complete most projects within 1 business week. But every project is a little different. If you have legal deadlines or other target dates, let us know during the kickoff call and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you have questions before your kickoff call, you're welcome to reach out through this Help Center anytime and someone will get back to you within 1 business day.
